1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account and using Evolve Club, you agree to follow these rules. If you don’t agree with them, you shouldn't use our service.
2. Your membership & bundle
Evolve Club provides a membership that gives you access to a curated bundle of apps and services. We are always looking to improve our offering, which means the specific apps available in your bundle may change, be updated, or occasionally be removed over time.
3. Accounts and security
To use Evolve, you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens under your account. Memberships are strictly for personal use—please do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
4. Payments and cancellations
Billing: Your membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your choice). By providing your payment details, you authorize our payment provider to charge your card automatically when your renewal is due.
Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time right from your account dashboard—no hidden hoops to jump through. If you cancel, you will keep access to your bundle until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Partner apps
Your Evolve bundle includes access to apps created and run by third-party partners. While we provide the bundled access, we do not own or control these individual apps. When you activate a partner app, you may also need to agree to their specific terms of use.
6. Fair use
We built Evolve to be helpful and straightforward, and we expect our members to use it fairly. You agree not to:
Resell or distribute access to your membership or the partner apps.
Try to hack, disrupt, or copy our website or systems.
Use our service for any illegal activities.
If we find that an account is abusing the system, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it immediately.
7. Our liability
We work hard to keep Evolve Club running smoothly 24/7. However, technology isn't perfect. We provide our service "as is," without any warranties. Evolve Club is not liable for any significant losses, data loss, or damages if our platform goes down, or if a partner app in your bundle stops working.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our business grows. If we make major changes that affect your rights, we will let you know via email or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
