This policy explains what personal information Evolve Club collects, why we collect it, and the choices you
have. We have written it in plain English because we believe privacy should be easy to understand, not
buried in jargon.
By using Evolve Club you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use
the service.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run your membership:
Account details such as your name, email address and password.
We need billing info to process your payment. Card details are managed by our provider.
Usage data such as which apps you activate, so we can keep your bundle working.
Technical data such as device type and approximate location, used to keep your account secure.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
Provide, activate and manage the apps in your membership.
Take payment and send you receipts and account notices.
Protect your account and prevent fraud.
Improve the service and, where you have opted in, send you helpful updates.
We never sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
4. Sharing your information
We share data only with the partners that help us deliver your membership, such as the app providers in
your bundle and our payment processor. These partners are bound by strict contracts and may only use
your data to provide their service to you.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object
to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email our team and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Data security & retention
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and regular security reviews. We keep
your information only for as long as your membership is active, plus any period required by law for tax
and accounting.
